Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed clean and cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for a hint of smokiness)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional, for extra herb flavor)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the potatoes: Cut the potatoes into wedges by slicing each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges (depending on the size of the potato). Place the wedges into a large bowl and rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Season the potatoes: Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano (if using) in a bowl until evenly coated.
  • Bake the wedges: Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded for the crispiest results. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • Add cheese and garnish: After baking, remove the wedges from the oven and immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese while they’re still hot. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added color and flavor.
  • Serve: Serve your Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli.

Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges make the perfect side dish or snack, with a crispy texture and bold cheese flavor enhanced by aromatic garlic and fresh parsley.

Good luck with your dish.Crocus Media
