Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken.
  • 1 diced avocado.
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing. 
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes. 
  • ¼ cup diced red onion. 
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro. 
  • 1 lime, juiced. 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste. 
  • 4 large flour tortillas. 
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce. 
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese. 
  • Sour cream, for serving. 
  • Salsa, for serving. 

Instructions: 

  • Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Burritos: Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon some of the chicken and avocado mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Wrap the Burrito: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to enclose the filling.
