Coconut butter is high in lauric acid (about 50%), caprylic acid, capric acid and Medium-chain triglycerides which are considered valuable sources of energy that are quickly absorbed by the body. Fiber content reaches about 14% and completely does not contain harmful fats for the body.
Coconut butter is produced from fresh coconut, through the grinding process to obtain a soft coconut butter that keeps the natural flavor and preserving the inherent nutrition values in the coconut such as oil, fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals.
The product can be mixed together with salads, making sauces, ice-blended or baked
dishes to enhance the flavor and enjoy coconut butter every day.
