Whole Wheat Chocolate Banana Cake
A perfect combination of a scrumptious flavor and high nutritional value. With the characteristic aroma of whole wheat flour, natural sweetness of bananas and slight bitterness of chocolate, the whole wheat chocolate banana cake recipe is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, helping to provide healthy energy and support the digestive system.
Ingredients:
- 150g ripe banana.
- 30g olive oil.
- 1 egg.
- 70g dietary sugar.
- 50ml sugar-free milk.
- 120g whole wheat flour.
- 15g cocoa.
- 1g baking soda.
- Chocolate chips.
Instructions:
- Mash the banana.
- Add olive oil, egg, dietary sugar, milk and mix well.
- Add whole wheat flour, cocoa, baking soda into the mixture and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a non-stick mold (can be lined with non-stick parchment paper).
- Add a few sliced bananas and chocolate chips on top.
- Baking: Preheat the oven for 15 minutes. Bake at 175ºC for 25-30 minutes.
Note: Bake twice when using an air fryer.
- First time : bake at 175ºC for 15 minutes (cover the cake with foil).
- Second time: bake at 160ºC for 15 minutes (remove foil).
